Located at Town Hall, 567 West King Street, the Human Resources Department is responsible for the recruitment and selection of Town employees, position classification and compensation, personnel policy management, benefits
administration, safety and risk management, worker's compensation and the employee wellness program. Currently the Town of Boone has 177 employees.
