Town Clerk - Freida VanAllen

The Town Clerk, Freida VanAllen, reports directly to the Town Manager. She is responsible for giving public notices of Town Council meetings, preparing the Council agenda, recording the Council minutes, serving as custodian of all permanent town records, keeping the Town Seal, attesting all town documents, updating the Code of Ordinances, keeping records of appointments and terms of the various Boards & Commissions and issuing special events permits.

Kim Brown serves as the Deputy Town Clerk.
